What do you guys eat before and afterhitting the gym?

i use creatine for pre-workout and protein shake for post workout.

I usually assume 50gr (70gr paste, rice ecc) of carbohydrates 1 hour before going to gym (to get the needed energy ) while after gym 70gr of proteins and liquids (protein shake or eggs (or something else) and milk shake). It is advisable to drink 200ml afterhitting the gym to increase muscle definition

I tend to eat a banana too before the gym and drink lots of water during. Then after I drink my protein shake and have some peanut butter on something for some good fatty protein, and sometimes fish.
