What Causes Bad Moods??

That is exactly what I am in right now and there is absolutely no reason for it. I'm just in a lousy mood. I'm not even sure that I would even call it a mood. I am simply not happy! It came on suddenly. I was fine this morning! You would think for someone not to be happy, there would need to be a reason, but that's not the case. I'm just not... something and I have no idea what to do about it or even any wish to do anything about it... Any advise or is anyone else feeling this way today?? Maybe a nice long nap is called for and when I wake up... I will feel different!

I think that there is not a specific reason, sometimes the bad mood just starts without a reason.

@Hate2Iron Yes, we have to wonder, but I have yet not found the reply.

I would find someone to just talk with, listen to good music, light some candles, pray or maybe take a walk.

I like all of those ideas... if one doesn't work, I will just move on to the next! :)

I understand it has a lot to do with the food we eat specially when you say you have no reason to be that way.

Hmmm, I will have to think about that one! I should write down what I ate so that I can see if there is any correlation!

I don't really know very much about it, but I hear that it's pretty difficult to control. :(

I've had that happen suddenly too. I hope a nap will do the trick and put you back in a good frame of mind.

Sometimes that works incredibly well, and other times I will wake up and feel even worse. Just can't win!

They say brain chemistry can do this my friend. As we know the body is a crazy contraption lolz Could have been any number of things to cause this. Does it happen often? Yes perhaps you are tired maybe. I do this all the time friend, but I suffer depression.. I find if I get a bit of fresh air sometimes it can change my mood. Not a permanent solution though. Hope you are feeling more on the up and up soon.

I think maybe a long walk or a car ride, a change of scenery, a cup of green tea and something sweet or just hug someone or a pet. Yes sometimes I am just in a bad or sad mood.

it may be because you are not satisfied with what you get and what you have thought of....u may have plan for the day but if it does not go as you have thought then may b u get upset or unhappy.....

That might have something to do with it. Now that you mention it, the family was getting together for Easter and we live to far away. :(
