find particularly interesting how the music you listen changes a lot depending on your emotional state, we have all been through these "musical moods" haven´t we? So what do you think? I am curious to what music you listen to whille being angry or going through frustrating times

I don't think I listen to any music when I am not in a good mood.

What, really? What about as a child, do you remember music from the good times you had?

@marlina well I bet you have listened to sad songs or moody songs at least once, because I can say I have done it more times than I can remember. or how about listening to fast-tempo music when you are angry? or some other people like to lessen the anger with "chill", relaxing music

@Mamta21 me too, melodious music soothes my nerves whenever I need it, something I really enjoy and I can recommend a lot, is listening to soundtracks of movies or games, Hans Zimmer is one of my favorite composers

@gerardoriar yes. I enjoy listening to classical music on my drive home. Soothes any rage that may come about.

@Cintronwriter that´s nice, I´ll try it the next time I drive. I have a very extensive playlist for driving which includes about 6 genres, how about you?

@Cintronwriter I´m sure of it! music really does have an important effect on our nervous system, for example, have you listened to really "fast" music (hard rock, metal, dubstep...) while working out? it certainly pumps you and I can say from personal experience that it improves your performance. Another habit related to music is listening to classical music while studying or reading, I really like doing it, how about you?
