Got off from empowr recently. What has been your experience on it?

I joined empowr in January. I had linked my card there, and the going had seemed good for a while. However, they started charging my card amounts for which I was not getting suitable returns from them. So, I removed my account from there. It was also not easy to understand their early cash out conditions, which also caused me some problems.
What has been your experience there so far?

I am just about ready to give up on empowr.
It used to be called FanBox, and I knew of some people who did earn and cashed out from there.
But it's a bit complicated to explain because it's not just as simple as doing social media activities on the site and earning from said activity. There are fees you must pay also.
When it was still FanBox, some of those fees that must be paid had to be paid out of pocket. When I restarted on empowr sometime last month, it seemed to me that those things I did not like about FanBox before (like being forced to pay out of pocket) is different in empowr now - it seemed we will be able to use mature earnings to pay for fees so it's like you don't pay anything out of pocket anymore, you just use your earnings within the system to pay for the fees they are collecting. But you have to be patient because you have to wait about 90 or 120 days before you can cash out anything.
And also, don't let the amounts fool you. If it says your earnings to date are $1100, for example, chances are $1000 of that is just an amount that the system 'loaned' you, and you have to give it back. So it's actually just $100. And if you consider the fees they charge you, you'll find that the net you earned less than that. And remember - 90 or 120 days before you cash out.
In any case, I thought the empowr system might still be better than FanBox because it gives you the option to pay your fees from your earnings instead of out of pocket. So I was willing to give it a try.
However, I am hitting a snag right now about account validation. Apparently, there is a possibility that I ended up with a duplicate account because I found the migration from FanBox to empowr confusing. And because of this I cannot seem to use my PayPal with my current account, as it was previously linked with my FanBox account.
If this is the case, I would not have any choice but to acquire a fresh dollar account debit/credit card to link to empowr, and in the long run, I will only be able to cash out through bank checks.
I am not currently inclined to apply for a dollar account debit/credit card just for empowr. I think I might just delete my account there and thank heavens that I haven't spent any money there yet...
