Salary structure in punjab,(INDIA)or we can say that few years ago punjab per capita income is t the top of all states bu now its 6th or in 7th place. Other aspect of this is One goverment teacher who is just B.A., B.Ed getting salary of Rs.10000 where as one MCA computer faculty is getting Rs.4000. What the government doing with those guys.One project started in punjab i.e. ICT under Sarv Shihikan Abhyan in schools where Govt. students are teached computer skills and for this they are getting world bank aid but they are giving salaries to computer teacher Rs.3960,Rs.3060. Is this justified with these who spent all day like other teachers do...................
