Early night, terrible headache.

So I'v not been on here much latily, and when j have many of my comments have been brief due to having such a terrible headache.
No amount of water, sleep more painkillers appear to make a differance - it's really annoying me now.
So apologies to those I have offered only short responces too, good night everyone

It's a beautiful day, suns shining, everyone is happy,preductive day at work planned, tea in the slow cooker ready for when I get home.

Oh dear sorry to hear that, I hope your headache clear soon.
About 5 years ago I could not get rid of one all might headache, it went on for about a month, then overnight it went. I don't know it it was because I was under a lot of pressure at the time or not but it was horrible.

@DaintyD Maybe its that you have taken too much on adding to the pressure of you life without evening knowing. Have you tried meditation? Meditation helped me in the past year or so with many things. Or get so relaxation cd or on Youtube maybe help you.
