Did you see this open letter from Trump's former top strategist?

Holy crap!!!? One highlight - when they hired her, they said they'd be happy with 2nd place...just had some percentages they wanted to reach - so Donald could say he COULD have run the White House. I've been saying this forever - Trump had no intention of winning. Kinda sick when you think about it's all business and money to him, and now he may, a big may, may be commander in chief? Do you think his aide is telling the truth?

I tend to believe the aide. I also don't think Trump can win the general election. The demographic that's gotten him this far won't be enough to take the White House in November.

I hope you're right. I can't wait to see what happens at the Republican convention, if the party backs him or makesomething a complete fool and leaves him for Cruz.

@Cintronwriter It will be interesting in Cleveland. If Trump somehow secures the nomination, the only way he can win in November is if his goons scare enough of Hillary's voters away from the polls through whatever means they might use.

To bad to many people who are going for him tend to not see this point. Trump is a con man, but I guess his voters should not feel to bad. Trump has fooled the government and pretty much all top business people around the world. Of course, maybe they knew, they just could not pass up on the profits that they were going to get also. Which is also why many Trump voters probably do not care if he is a one of the best Con Artists of all time. They just see the fake society he can make for them. To bad those societies always seem to come crashing down.

I think people are tired of seeing the same old politics, so Trump comes with this flair and talking about whatever he wants, and people like that I guess. They see a man, a billionaire who say what he wants and not worry about being bought by greedy corporations, but little do people know he himself is a greedy corporation.

@gudheart and it's the people with money, power and influence who embody evil. What is society to do when they return the mercy of them?

Evil might be an accurate word for an egotistical, self absorbed, philandering businessman who cares nothing about the presidential seat and only to drum up publicity for his business endeavors.
