People have meat on a stick for various reasons:
They are delicate enough to eat with a few fingers - say goodbye to dirty keyboards, wine glasses and what not.
You don't dirty your fingers - but you also don't get to lick them as well.
It would require less fuel to cook smaller pieces of meat on a stick - be more eco friendly than the politicians you've voted for.
They're designed to cook easily on a charcoal grill - you know, the flipping and all.
Do you enjoy meat on a stick?

That's true chargrill's one of the most unhealthy methods of cooking. The closer the food gets to a direct flame the more cancerous it becomes.

Same, it's even better when vegetables are added to meat.

OMG! Yes I do!!! In Puerto Rico you could find little kiosk of people selling them at the beach with a side of bread and a ice cold Coca Cola! I would pay anything to go back to my island and enjoy one of them. We call them pinchos! To die for! I make them at home all the time but man there's something about them pinchos! Enjoy your meat on a stick! ;) Have a Good Day!
