When you have friends over, do you have a signature dish that they always ask you to cook? I remember my friends will always ask me to cook my version of the sweet and sour fish but now that I am into baking, they ask me to bring baked goods for them.
How about you? Do you have a signature dish that your friends and family crave?

That seems to be a great dish! Unfortunately for us, the main ingredients are way too expensive.
How often do you have this dish?

My husband also loves his mom's version of kare-kare too which is why I am still trying to see if I can copy it but of course mom's cooking are always the best and I also say that for mom too!

I cannot really say that I have the talent but I try and learn and learn how to do it. Fortunately for me, most of my experiments work well. Always an A+ from the husband

I have to say most of the time, it's my husband who cooks because he likes to eat mains that can be paired with rice all the time!
Because for me, I like to experiment with food and sometimes he is not happy with that
what is your husband's signature dish?

@funkeyguhl He doesn't have any one particular but he does a lot of special things. He is great every New Year's and goes all out and he always likes a lot of company there as he likes to hear how great he is.

wow! It must be very good! I also am not familiar with the pig's knuckle stew. Is that a family recipe or something that you found over the internet?

wow! I am pretty sure that when you ask her for it, she is very happy to prepare it for you unless of course she is tired from work or something.
