Hello Friends Good morning Hope you are all well. Friends finally I install Zorin lite 6.2 on my my Old Desktop computer Zorin OS 6.2 is once of the Ubuntu best operating system it lock simple and it is lightweight and easy to use. It is a good alternative of windows xp for Old computers. Last night my brothers suggested me to use Zorin OS 6.2. I also decided to change my ram 512 MB to 1 GB next week,

I have never used Zorin, in fact I do not know anyone who has. Of course virtually all Linux operating systems are stable and will operate with less system resources than Windows does. Personally I would have chosen Ubuntu, which is probably the most popular version of Linux these days.

The current stable version seems to be Zorin OS 9 though they have announced v.11.

Security updates for Zorin 6 will be available until November 2017. I have never been a fan of Ubuntu, but I would have installed directly Ubuntu, because upgrading the system is always possible with Ubuntu, while it might be difficult with Zorin.
