I saw him too! I think he's new. I know a few members who blocked me and even though they blocked me - I can still see their discussions just doesn't give me an option to comment their listings. I wish myLot would completely delete blockers vice versa completely so we don't see them! Though I have never blocked anyone - I just ignore them.

I see @JolietJake gave you the answers you needed - both about what blocking does, and the advice to report this user. That's the kind of abuse no reputable site wants, so the admin are always glad when users give them a heads up.
