Face Pancakes

# 13 I was looking through my photo collections and saw these pictures of the face pancakes my sons were having fun making some years ago...

One in particular prompted me to use it as an avatar. After all, I've been using the same avatar for the four years I've been on here. I thought a change would be fun...

I believe I've passed a newbie stage so I'm not too worry other members won't recognize me even if I have a new avatar. Besides, this one is somewhat related to my old one anyway...

How has your day been? Mine is over without any pranks...

Oh my gah how fun! And I can still make out Doraemon

! Super cute! We're still at mid-day . . . my little son's teacher was trying to convince him that it is now June

@sishy7 Oh - glad to hear she is doing well . . . I hadn't heard anything more except about what had happened. I should dig to see if I missed any posts on her update! We're doing well - just crazy busy - that part is the same. Hope you and your family are doing well too!!!

these have been appearing in my "you might also like" column for a while now. They are really growing on me and they are really good. I'm pleased you have those photos are either the kids showing more talent like this? I loved your old avatar but this one is cool too.

@MsTickle not sure what the name is exactly, something like Hawaiian sushi - it's sushi rice with spam on top and wrapped by seaweed strips...

They started out using my cake decorator pipe and ended up experimenting with all kinds of other kitchen utensils to make the faces like sauce dispenser bottles with different sizes of opening and such. Too much extra cleaning afterwards - I prefer making the boring round pancakes...

Wow on the picture it looks like an art of a pro! It is so good. I think you and your son has a talent and can earn from it. Heheheh. God bless. It can be put in a frame and for sure people can bid to that.

Oh wow, I don't even remember how exactly... I think they put some chocolate powder or syrup in the pancake dough and used a cake decorating tool...
