If you can tell me what this is, I will send you all of the royalties I receive in April for the various poems, short stories, and songs I've written over the years. Heh. If get it exactly right, I'll throw in the royalties I've received from the academic publications I have in AERJ, JPSP, and other allegedly "academic" publications.

@cindiowens Yep, boys are boys. Are you out of the Thomas the Train stage yet? Are there Superheroes all over your house?

Looks like one of those things you hang in windows with the suction cups. Remember those?

I think I know what it is but don't know what it's called. It's one of those sticky/stretchy men made out of a sticky gel like material that you throw at the wall or ceiling and it sticks there. I think you get them in those gum ball type machines with the toys in clear plastic domes.

@infatuatedbby My brother and I used to line them up and do battle with each other. We had model airplanes do bombing raids.

It looks to me like a guy climbing up a building wall using suction cups on his hands and feet @TheHorse . Or someone could have stuck a toy man with suction cups on a ceiling in a room.

It is a small plastic toy with suction cups on the four extremities, stuck on a wall. I know, the royalties you mentioned add up to zip, right?

@TheHorse Thanks. Any time people think they can do something themselves (although they do not, and could not really), they undervalue it. Sad.

I like JolietJakes answer. I have no clue but wonder if it could be a ceiling hook and shadow.

@TheHorse My students sometimes bring those type of toys to school with them, and these are 6th and 7th graders. I had one stuck to the ceiling in my old classroom for several years because I told the boy to stop playing with it and he didn't. When it stuck to the ceiling I wouldn't call the janitor to come get it down. That boy went on to earn a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Okay! I get it, another April's fool.... right? No, no, no,... it's a human with boxing gloves on hands and feet. (Why?) I have no wonder!
