when a poor man wore a rag clothes they call him many names, but when a rich man wore like this can somebody give me a name

Personally, I can't stand ripped jeans and things like that which are 'fashionable' because they look worn. I don't see the point but it seems very fashionable to wear jeans without knes. I prefer to keep mine covered!
