Landlord vs tenants

This is so sad :( I don't know how anyone could be so neglectful and cruel. I'm lucky to have a wonderful landlord. My rent is cheap compaired so many houses in the area and he alway resolves any problems soon as they arise. He's recantly just layed new flooring in my house and in waiting for nicer weather to repait the outside of the house. I thank my lucky stars for him being to genuine.
