So for months now my hubby has been complaining about this weight gain, he blames me saying I serves him meals to big, bake to many cakes and keep the house too stocked with junk food. So when I done the shopping his week I brought no junk food and nothing to bake cookies and cakes with. He's spent the all day complaing there is nothing to eat - so I handed him an apple and some carrot sticks. He replyed telling me he's not a rabbit. That will teach him for blaming his weight gain in me.

You gave him what he wanted-to lose weight and not have junk in the house! Now he's complaining about that too. You just can't win! Lol

@lovingmybabies No winning with me is there, still he's perfectly capible of going to the shop and purchasing whatever he likes :) I think it will stop him moaning about his weight lol

Maybe try light food changes to start with and a walk together in the evening then go more and more towards the healthy stuff. My dad use to tell me mom his clothes were shrinking because she washed them wrong when he would start gaining weight.

@farbuoloxusy We have dogs so get plenty of exercise and I'v always cooked healthy meals. It's his snacking this is causing him to gain weight. He spends all evening eating chocolate, cakes, cheese straws, sweets and crisps lol. He's col really he ate an apple.
