I don't mean to insult you in anyway. so I apologize in advance. Since my involvement with drinking of moringa shake, I've began searching proper ways to drinking this veggie. meaning, the number of times a day I should drinking it, something like pros and cons. But with my research I found this video, though it has not talk about moringa detoxification, it was shocking to watch. I've been fat for years, and have struggled to even dump a day because of constipation. Now, I've asked myself "so this what's really happening to me inside" and scared me a bit. But now that I'm informed, looks like I'm going to continue having moringa/horseradish involved in my meals and snacks. of course, I won't sacrifice diet and exercise. Image Credits to:

Somehow my colon is not the reason I have weight issues. My right hand keeps lifting food to my mouth, and my mouth keeps opening.

Well, @Morleyhunt we all have to eat, and i thought it was just okay to eat veggies once in a while. Oh, boy I was so wrong. Luckily, the doctor advised me to eat veggies when i had my check up with him regarding my uric acid problem. it's not bad to eat, it's how we eat and what to eat that helps us satisfied and healthy. No more junk food for me, that's for sure. i think the video tries to explain colon problem starts because of what we eat.

I am not familar with moringa. Its a vegetable? Thank you for this discussion. I have read and heard that a person needs to drink more water in order to have an easier time in the bathroom. Plus eating leafy greens like kale helps with digestive issues, too. Just more whole grains with water is a good idea. My husband had a very serious intestional issue last year and we have not been able to figure why cause we do eat good food like lentils and brown rice AND vegies and fruit. Now I put more greens in our food then I did before he landed in the hospital.

Hello @sallypup it's also called drum stick We don't have kale here, which has more vitamins and more. I just resort to bokchoy and mustard greens.
Moringa oleifera (drumstick tree) pods, flower tops, and leaves are an excellent source of health-benefiting phyto-nutrients, dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals...Read on.

@Letranknight2015 I'm fascinated by this report. Mustard greens are strong in taste so they have a lot of minerals in them. Thanks for the reminder on the bok choy.

@sallypup but if there's kale in the market, i'd buy kale instead. I always check this site to see it's nutritional content.

I have seen the TV show : Biggest losers. There, obese people have to both exercise heavily PLUS learn to eat in a healthy way. That does not mean living on shakes of any kind but eat more veggies, some lean meat and few carbs.

@Letranknight2015 I donĀ“t know what moringa leaves are. I think that we must choose what we can get in our country.

Well, I really don't like drinking shakes before because my first thought is that it just contains sugar and sweet. But here, fruits are expensive i can just afford a mango, which cost a dollar. Oh, I don't wanna end like those people but I was inspired by their transformation. I just didn't know how back then. the shake i had now is mixed with moringa leaves and our own mango here. It was really a wake up to me @marguicha

@Letranknight2015 I am planting kale in my garden. It grows easily here and I can cook it in many ways and even eat it raw.

My mom used to have colon problems. Now, she's okay. She's been thin all her life. I think yours was just a coincidence. It didn't have anything to do with your weight or body structure.

Hello @rina110383 I think that is another case as well. but for people like I think this will likely happen if i chose to ignore diet and exercise again.

I do not do that detox thing as I asked my doctor and he said no not for a diabetic.but I m now watching how much and what I eat and 'concentrating on foods that are good for all of us and specially for diabetics like me. exercise and cutting calories and eating healthy food will do it for me in time.
