I enrolled to a gym for two months and was maintaining a healthy diet. I was eating lots of fruits and vegies and protien shake. I dont know how to count calories and other nutrients so I just stick to my vegies, fruits, oats, and diet water. Ive been doing this for two months. Then one day, I woke up and felt something, I dont want to go to gym anymore. My diet is now composed of oily, fatty, unhealthy foods. I started gaining weight again.
I dont know what happened. Now I hate my self and my belly fat :(
*nom nom nom - Im eating Crackers while writing this.

It can be a real pain to count calories but you can keep a daily diary of what you do eat and then figure out how many calories it was later so that you can make better choices in the future. There is a free app called myfitnesspal which a lot of people have found helpful and I've used it in the past myself. You can easily find lots of food items in their database that already have the calories figured out for you so it makes it easy to stay under the amount you want to stay under. This way you can eat some of your favorite things still and just limit how much you have instead of getting sick of the whole diet thing. I hope it helps.

I am not sure if it's because you have been eating fruits, veggies and protein shake only for months, hence you were too bored about them. Perhaps it might be good to do it gradually, but not just cut off the food you like totally.
I have just found a website called SparkPeople. I read that they offer healthy diet and weight loss and fitness programs for free. I have also read that it motivates some people to lose weight from joining the site as well. I haven't check out more about it, but I'd like to check it out and see how I can make my health better as well.
Hope you'll get more motivations soon. Good luck!

Even if my goal is to be sexier this year, I don't limit myslef to eat unhealthy foods as long as I exercise regularly but I can't really exercise regularly. I am also losing motivation.

All I can say is I know the feeling. Don't be too hard on yourself though. weight loss is hard.

You probably 'hit the wall'. Just get back on track and start monitoring the food you eat and get back to the gym.
