Weigh Day Blues

Well I weighed myself today and I am not happy at all with the results. I actually gained a couple pounds. I am so disappointed in myself right now. This week I will be trying to definitely go to the gym starting tomorrow. I am also going to go on walks/jogs. I am also going to make a list of foods that are definitely not going to mess with my diet. I am so determined to lose weight and slim down. I will take this bad news as fuel for my determination. just thought I'd take a break from my essay to write here so I don't get frustrated. Been working on it since 10AM and it is now PM.

The thing to remember. Don't beat yourself up. Make sure you drink lots and lots of water. It could be water weight and also weigh yourself at the same time every time. I only weigh myself once a week, after I use the restroom when o wake up at 8:00am. I focus on my eating habits. One thing that has stuck with me is you can't out exercise a bad diet. I track every little thing on My Fitness Pal. One cheat meal (or day depending on how well I am the week before). I eat 80% good and 20% not so good. I have stayed in my diet the lonest ever this time around and have seen great results. I don't exercise right now and will so I don't lose muscle mass. Just keep going and don't punish yourself.

I have been trying to lose weight for a while as well. The only that has been working out for me is by improving my eating habit, and schedules. I've cut on the proportions of my plates as well. If you cut the proportions of your plates, and have a healthy schedule, you should be able to see results.
