Our place is now experiencing brown out that will last for couple of hours, I think. And the temperature is very hot, up to more than 40 degrees Celsius. Good thing my iPad mini is full charge and I can still do my activities here in MyLot using data for Internet. Thanks to modern technology! What will you do if you have a situation like this?

We never have such a hot temperature anyway I think that if you live near the sea, the best is to go to the beach and refresh in the water.

@TheHorse We only have some hot days during July, when even nights can be warm. Usually it only last a few days, summers are pretty pleasant here.

Well, if our house is near the sea or river then I will always swim there to refresh but our place is far from the sea. Well, I just take a bath everyday or twice a day and drink a lot of water. Thanks @LadyDuck

40C is very hot indeed. I'd be sitting with a wet flannel round my neck trying to keep cool.

@Macarrosel hahaha if only, it's huge. You need a truck to transfer it. Power capacity could handle one baranggay.

We don't have generator but we have UPS for the lights and electric fan only. Not for our air conditioner. Thanks @toniganzon. By the way, let me borrow your generator...lol

Oh dear, I think I will die without electricity in such weather. Is there a way for you to go somewhere cool? I have not experienced a blackout for nearly 20 years.

I think this will be a problem we all face when it gets hot out. To many people and technology is moving to fast for people to keep up with.In other words. Infrastructure for most of our countries only works for those who are in the top echelon.

Just stay inside your house or you can stay under the trees if you have there then take a bath, I think you have water there not like here if we have power outage, we also don't have water supply. Drink plenty of cold water to feel refresh.

I wouldn't be able to stand that heat. Also with no power I couldn't be able to do anything.

Surfing under the tree? Well, I did that today but it didn't work due to very hot temperature of the environment. I can feel the heat more, than the breeze under the tree. Thanks @AkoPinay.

With that temperature, I'll do some household chores - my way to burn calories while waiting for power to be restored.
