Following Ramdev, for the sake of improving health and mental wellbeing is not bad.
You must be able to distinguish between what is right and what is wrong.
Whatever you feel is right according you , simple follow it . otherwise unfollow.

Baba Ramdev is a yoga teacher known for his contributions in Ayurveda. He is best known for popularising yoga among Indians through his mass yoga camps. But nowadays he is also involving in politics which is not a part of a teacher.....

It all started when MIM leader Asaduddin Siddiqui said that he will never chant " Bharat Mata ki Jai" as it is nowehere written in constitution.
This raised to controversy and divided opinions.
Now Muslim priests have declared chanting Bharat Mata ki Jai as against to their religious belief.
So basically its all about that.
Now coming to Baba Ramdev, there is no need for him to be self proclaimed nationalist.
He is doing his job fine with Yoga and herbal medicines.
However , he might have felt something that was emotionally aggravating for him and he could have said so in that respect.
We cant force someone to say Bharat Mata ki jai, but it shows ones intentions when he refuses to say so.

Sure. He sounds like a real winner. I've always said I would burn the feet of those who wear socks with sandals.
