Do you think it will work if I sell my papercrafts online?

Usually I brought my papercraft, the creations from paper to my workplace, officemates then will buy it when they like them. I personally have sold several.
I thought to put the offer online, though the problem which I am worried of that shipping costs will be very expensive if it's to faraway country or the product will be broken when shipped....
What do you think?

Better ask around people who have experiences selling products online so you will have an idea on how to go through the e commerce business.

@randomarts09 ask for specific details and basically how to run it. Because I am also interested on selling online locally but I am afraid that I cannot compete with the big online based business and I still dont have an idea how to do it.

I am trying to think of a way that the item would not be damaged during transit. THere is no guarantee. You might use cotton or a soft material such as cotton to shield it from bumps and bruises but there is no guarantee. Postal men and women drop packages, they sling them around unelss it says "fragile" and even still then.
It wouldn't be worth it, I'm afraid.

Yeah, that's the main problem, the cost and the possibility of damage to the item, since the items are pretty fragile, then it means I just can count on local market.

@randomarts09 Word of mouth can be a very good sales tactic. Good luck to you.

You could do a search to see how other people ship papercrafts.

Yeah, the packaging must be proper and safe.
