Um, I don't think I like jogging very much although it does good to the body, heart and soul! It gives overall exercise to the body and improves blood circulation. Jogging can also improves one's stamina.
A few years back when I was selected to run for my school, I had to jog everyday so that I won't get tired after running 400m non-stop. And I did get tired after running only 200m initially but with more practise, I managed to even run 1500m non-stop! That was certainly my biggest achievement. However, I don't think I'll be able to run 1500m non stop now. I think I'll pant even after 50m!

Bruce Lee called jogging "the king of all exercises." I don't think it should be taken lightly! You can start slow then build up speed. The important thing is to not stop! :)

I don't like jogging. I feel weird jogging, I prefer walking fast and running. So I've never jogged.

I have tried jogging. I hate it but always felt a great sense of achievement once I had finished.
I am absolutely rubbish at it. I cant run very far but did improve after only a couple of attempts. I managed to run a whole mile without stopping.
I havent done any jogging recently but only last week agreed with a work colleague that we would start jogging around a local park and we are going to start it this weekend. Wish us luck

I wouldn't say I like it but I try to run regularly to keep my fitness level high. I want to keep healthy, yea? :P
But I think it is important to point out that when someone "new" first starts jogging, it is tempting to increase the frequency.
It's like you run on Monday, and tomorrow comes, you decide to run away. This is dangerous because when you over-run, you lose interest. It happens to almost all new runners.
So if you are not training for some competitions or marathons, take it easy. Keep running e.g. once a week. After a month or 2, if you are feeling really comfortable, increase the frequency by ONE and do it twice a week.
Keep doing this for say another 2 months. If you are still so comfortable, then increase to 3 times a week. I think you get my point. :P
