Same here but I think there is silent stress we come to internalize after dealing with it so many years.

I eat a piece of cheesecake! I eat when I am stressed, sad, or happy! I know not a good way!

For me, it depends on the level of stress. I'd do something physically exhausting activities such as boxing, running while listening to music, or drive my motorcycle without thinking where to go if the stress calls for it. However, there are stressors that can easily be handle with a cup of coffee and a bag of chocolates

It depends on the person. There some lot of ways to relieve your stress like:
Go to sleep
Take a break
Go to bar, have some drink
Much prefer to sleep more.

I try to remain positive,listen to my favourite music and just take things easy

Letting go of everything and expecting nothing in return. I enjoy peace. I enjoy the quiet times of solidarity and the rejuvenation meditation/prayer brings. Writing is a way to relieve any stress I'm feeling or going to the park and playing basketball.
