I usually sell pre-loved items online. May it be shoes, watches, gadgets, bags, or books. I can usually sold an item most of the time since I only sell them in a cheap price. But of course I assure that the items are still in good condition. Reason for selling is usually because they are unused and it clutters the house. I can earn some good amount once in a while. Two days ago, I sold an old wifi router for P500 (roughly around $13), I also shipped a pair of shoes with the same price. I do have a deal with an old Rayban next week, I hope I'll be able to close it. Tomorrow someone will check my other item which is a barbie collectible. It's really nice to sell these stuff. Makes me earn money while clearing the house with clutters

That's one of the things I do, I buy anything (legal) that I can make profit on and sell even if the profit is minimal as long as the turn over is fast. I sell both offline and online a wide variety of things.but I seem to have an inclination toward vintage and antiques rather than famous name brands

@louievill we have old cabinets here but I doubt if we can sell them since it was my late grandfather who owns it and my relatives would surely raise an eyebrow even if we already inherit it. How bout chandeliers from Italy and vases which are really old?

@LdeL0318 What do you have ? perhaps I could help to tell you how much it is worth. People sometimes have the wrong notion that anything old is expensive which is not exactly the case

I like the term "pre loved". Lol! I used to try to sell used clothes but I never really made any money on the clothes. It seems hard to make any money this way unless the brands are super high end. Glad you have been making money this way though!

Yes, high end items auch as bags are easier to sell especially when the price is low. They can usually be sold overnight.

That's a good idea! When it's really too much, better sell them when you no longer need them anyway.

@LdeL0318 I've sold a lot of stuff from that site too before. It's a good place to sell stuff.

how do you know how to price them so that it's not too high, not too low?
how is payment done?
who shoulders the shipping cost?

I search the price of the brand new ones over the net so it should be a lot lower than that, and I also search similar items which are being sold as pre-loved also so I can have comparison.
Payment can be done through bank deposits or money remittance centers. After I received the payment then I will ship the item to the buyer through courier or express deliveries.
I also do meet -ups if the buyer is near my place.

@hereandthere It depends on the deal. Sometimes the buyer shoulders the shipping cost. Sometimes it's me if I can't give bigger discount when they bargain, I just offer free shipping instead.

@LdeL0318 good strategy.
is the delivery cost shouldered by the sender or buyer?

This is nice, hitting birds in one stone - I mean to say, you get rid of clutters plus you earn from those that you don't use anymore.

@LdeL0318 More buyers for you. There's money on the trash.

That's really nice. You get an extra income from doing that. In my case, I usually give away stuff that I don't use anymore or haven't use at all. Sometimes, I would even just give it away to some people online who are interested as long as they pay for the shipping fee.

Oh usually I sell shoes which are given to me as a present but with a wrong size, so I still consider it as pre loved since there's no tag anymore.

A good way to earn money and at the same time, you get to declutter and maximize spaces in your house/room.
