I went to the doctors myself last week and my health is doing great! Just one thing I could see, I really need to lose some weight! But, it's the winter/spring seasons and well, I think that was to be expected!
I have plans,,, to be on a diet for summer!
Anyone have any good veggies ideas to curb an appetite'?

Just go to the store and hit the produce aisle. That's what I do.

carrot sticks and celery sticks. A bag of fresh veggies,fruits and or nuts may help along with eating more often with smaller portions so that you are not hungry because you are eating so often. It isn't easy best wishes.
