My favorite topic is health and fitness. I am passionate about this niche because many people across the globe are affected by obesity and overweight. An increase in weight poses more health problems, and many people tend to assume that it is good to be overweight. However, exercise regimen and healthy eating are fundamental to living a good life. Changing lifestyle and the mode of operation is essential for anyone seeking an alternative to good health. So, friends how do you stop yourself from becoming overweight?

My problem is, how do i stop myself from being underweight? I try to consume as much healthy food as I can.

I exercise even for 15 minutes a day , just wiggling and kicking and at weekends an hour . I also drink green tea , take apple cider vinegar . Most of all i eat only a few amount of rice but more on viands .

I am trying to eat healthy and avoid junk food. Fortunately, I live in a country with a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, and they are not very expensive either.

I am 62 and I have ever been overweight. I do not eat junk food and I prepare everything at home from scratch.

I just posted about this, but: move around! Set a timer to prevent yourself from sitting for more than half an hour.

We should change our lifestyle,cut down fatty food, have more of vegetables and fruits. We should never skip meals,it will not help in reducing weight.Do regular exercise. Walking is a very good exercise for reducing weight. We should not immediately lie down after having food.If we follow these rules,we can stop ourselves from being overweight.
