Though we talk very much about taking care of our heath there are certain factors which are unnoticed and unwelcomed but play an important part of our lifestyle that damages our health.
The junk food: The modern lifestyle is very much after it. They not only rich in the usage of colors, synthetic flavors but also happen to be stale as most of them packed neatly. There is no test to prove how much damage they can cause to our health.
If food is one that is affecting our health, filling that food in our stomach we are asked to move in a traffic which is totally polluting the atmosphere with Carbon and Sulpher Di Oxide fumes and;
interesting these are the people who carrying a cellphone in their pocket and suddenly jerk and break their vehicles when a call is received and unmindful of the traffic signals jump them at once and meet with road accidents. He lives totally in a virtual world rather than in reality;
Finally, after reaching the office they are made to sit for long hours in front of a computer which is not only leading to neck and back pain but also increasing the overall stress levels.
Now, can we dare to say the lifestyle we are possessing is guaranteeing us a good health?

There is only so much can one do to decide for oneself when it comes to choosing that which can guarantee good health. Much of it is beyond their control such as sitting for long hours at a workplace.

@allknowing I do agree that these are not the only things that guarantee good health. These are only some of them associated with "the factors that damage our health."

can we avoid sitting for long hours taking small breaks and do some walk at a workplace? Can't we avoid taking junk food and replace it with some other items? Can't we avoid taking over a cell phone while driving? The technology has made the life easy but we should not become slaves of the technology.

Indeed, these are the things that modern technology gave us. It makes our lives easier but we haven't seen the consequences as of yet. There are fast food and ready to eat food that can be bought at a fairly cheap price and we don't need to cook but they pose a hazard to our health. Cars, buses, taxis, motorcycles, ships and planes take us to where we want in very less time but it adds to the pollution.
It's a good thing though that there are still people who conduct research in order for us to live a bit healthier...

s. I agree with you. The usage of technology is in our hands only. One need not do research on that.

Eat your breakfast at least half an hour before getting out of the house, dont walk for 30 mins after having food.
Use antibacterial masks if the city/traffic is too polluted.
Use anti radiation stickers (they are nice looking too) for cellphones and other devices. These days, we have anti radiation mobile covers also.
Take crisp breaks in between office hours to walk a bit and to relax your eyes from continuous exposure to computer screen. Take 1 min crisp walk in an hour or 90 mins, thats enough. Close your eyes and move your neck in circular manner after every 2 hour or so.
