Thin and Skinny. That was me before 2010.
I started running and joining marathon since 2010 then from that I started gaining weight and fats. Though during my high school and college days I'm already active in sports and cheer leading I never had problems with my weight. Not until I was hook on doing a lot of sports all together.
I do marathon, zumba, hiking, trekking, mountain climbing, pole dancing and muay thai. And I observed that I started to gain more and more. I started to build up fats and I get bigger.
My metabolism is still the same, mean with daily bowel movement. But I don't know why my supposed to be muscles are now doubling fats. I don't drink protein shake or something cuz I'm doing my sport as part of my hobby and not for body building.
Have you experience the same thing? Feeling like the supposed weight loss turned out to be the other way around?

Its like double isn't it?
I experience losing 3 kgs and then the next time i checked I add up 6 kgs..
That seems like a nightmare for me.

Probably you've over worked out and your body starts to perceive workout as a stress. And because of that, it raises the body cortisol levels to cope up with the stress. The interesting thing about cortisol is it causes water retention. Which may increase weight gain. @miniam

That maybe the reason why I gained weight . I didn't change my eating habit too.

@zaga_cleuth Go easy on it. Your body might be shouting stressed but you're too enthusiastic to notice. Hopefully you'll lose some weight when the cortisol has gone down.
