I am also wondering if this is true .
However with after a workout , it is said that one needs to at least tone down or rest for at least 20 minutes before taking a bath . And the bath should be not so cold , but a bit warm .
So i suppose it could be true after using the computer , so the eyes will not be strained .

Regarding the bath after work out. My trainer used to tell me that I should bath right after I finished working out. While I'm still sweating. However, if I will rest and my sweating stops I should wait after an hour before I could take a bit warm water shower.

@zaga_cleuth Really is that so ?
What about after cooking ? I always would rest for about 15 minutes after cooking since i would perspire a lot when cooking because of the heat , then take a bath .

@SIMPLYD I do the same too. Most of the time, if I know I'll be cooking a lot, I'd rather bath first. Though the downside is, I smell like the dishes I cooked afterwards.

Yes I guess that causes the poor eye sight problem and not the bath thing.

I can relate on that. My sister and I always received a scold from our parents whenever we take a bath after we used the computer for long hours. They said it is really bad for our eyes being exposed to heat or radiation because it will irritate our eyes. They always tell us to take a bath first if we are going to use the computer for many hours. And then they keep on telling us that if we will continue our bad habits, we will suffer from it once we get old.

@zaga_cleuth Sometimes I follow and sometimes not. When my parent is around I follow but when they are not around I do not do it. I am stubborn a little but when I remember their warning, I just decide to follow.

@zaga_cleuth It's a kind of refreshment to keep away the fatigue?

@shshiju Sort of radiation and fatigue that may shock the eyes once wet.
