How true is my question above?
I have an Aussie adviser, for several years now. I used to ask him with anything when it comes to money matters or business. He's been almost all around the world for business and leisure. He spoke and worked with big time people even upto today.
Everytime I try to tell him that I'm gonna try the Bitcoin wallet and the stocks for online money, he keeps on telling me that, you should not gamble on that, because the real people and real reason for having online money and Bitcoin is one of them is for bad people. They use it as platform for money laundering. A criminal friendly wallet, in which he said that I should not support. We've been battling about this issue since 2013 upto now. And I just thought of it when someone commented on my 3-yr old discussion about how to make money online.
Right now, bitcoin is getting more and more significant in online business. What can you say about it? Do you think we should stop promoting bitcoin and stop using it?

Maybe It is bad if you use it for bad purposes just like a knife it is useful in the kitchen but bad if you use it to kill Bitcoin is better than PayPal in a sense that it is cheaper and faster to send/receive funds. But like PayPal, unverified accounts have limits i.e. Send/Receive smaller amounts compare to verified accounts.

Yes true. However, what he was saying is the main purpose of making it is what other people doesn't actually know. But anyways, I'm still considering trying Bitcoin for experience .

Maybe that's one of the things, Bitcoin bypass the supposed fees that a company must have paid? I mean, it's like getting a discount but actually in wrong way?
Just asking.

@zaga_cleuth why wrong way of course it's cheaper and faster because it's all DIGITAL, no print outs so operation expense is also less. You don't have to hire driver and security guards on armors to bring cash from one place to another blah blah blah

Bitcoin is the most secure, safest, fastest, cheapest currency on earth & Must replace the current criminal oligarchy of cartels owned currency the world is based upon. Of course criminals use it, but many more have used cash, cheques, paypal, etc than have ever used bitcoin. The world's richest 1% are the only ones trying to tear down digital currencies... you & me have the most to gain. Compare buying bitcoin for $2 each prior to 2011 & selling it now for $1000+ each, then compare the cash rates of the criminal currency over the same time period & you have your answer. Traditional Currencies are easily & quickly manipulated by the Money Power, but they are furious that they cannot properly control the rise & rise of digital currencies. There are far more good people than bad who buy, use & trade digital currencies.

@hereandthere it help me to get out of the rat race thinking.
Wake up. Go to work. Go home. Sleep. Cycle.
Although social life is there somewhere but my goal now is to have a financial freedom and time freedom.
So I could do anything that I wanted to do.
I don't wanna be employed forever, the book teach me that we need to step out and level up. Although it's really hard, everything is a process though. I fail many times in having a business but I know someday I will succeed.

Well, anyway, just like any other money transfer or payment methods this is the purpose of Bitcoin. Yes but what I'm saying is, the main purpose or reason why it was made?

It may be used for criminal purpose, like every other currency. However, it is more difficult to track down a criminla through bitcoin, because it is anonymous. But bitcoin was made to reduce the fees of transactions.

That is what my adviser exactly told me. The idea of being anonymous. One of the reasons why other people didn't know that the privacy their enjoying is actually the same privacy what criminals are enjoying in Bitcoin.

@arianebergeron But some are using computer shops when they do illegal transactions. And some computer savvy can change the IP address.

@zaga_cleuth well it is not completely anonymous. Did you hear what happened to silk road, a website were you could buy illegal things? The only payment was in bitcoin, but the FBI was still able to find out who was selling stuff because of the IP adress of the computer of the sellers. There is maybe no name, but each transaction regiser the IP adress of the buyer and the seller.
