On my gradma's birthday I was the one assigned to cook the spaghetti. I am not an expert in cooking but my mom want to train me for future references. :) The spaghetti I cook was just the usually spaghetti recipe. :)
For the sauce I used an Italian style spaghetti sauce mixed it with cooked ground beef, hotdogs, cheese and a little cream to make it creamy. Then I seasoned it to taste good. :)
On cooking the pasta I just boil it in a water mixed with pepper and oil. And when the pasta was done I mixed it with the sauce and add a little cheese on top. :)

Your spaghetti looks delicious ! .. And you know, one thing I learned from the Italians is not to put oil in the water when you boil the noodles because it prevents the sauce being absorbed .. I used to put oil too but now, I just drain it and put a bit of sauce straight away to prevent them from sticking to one another..

Really? I once tried not putting oil in the water once because I forgot and when I drain the pasta and left it for a while to finish cooking the sauce. When I place the pasta on the sauce the pasta stick with one another. :( Maybe it is because of the pasta I used or maybe it is because it took me a while to finish cooking the sauce. :) I'll try your style next time. :)

I love that Italian style spaghetti sauce, the one in the can that we can buy in our country but my family loves the Filipino style so majority always wins

@MGjhaud hahaha. desperate and alone? Don't cook when your desperate, the food won't taste good. I tried cooking when I was desperate and the result wasn't good. :) For me the outcome of our cooking really depends on our mood. :) If your desperate eat Ice cream. hahaha :)
