Is natural tobacco (unprocessed) less harmful than a cigarette?

I am aware that cigarette contains a lot of toxic substances but I'm a bit curious with natural tobacco if it is less harmful than a cigarette. Both contains nicorine though.

As you have said, both contains nicotine so I guess less or not, the bottom line is they are still harmful.
