Educational Games without the use of any gadgets

I have been thinking on helping our kids in our place to have a love of reading. I know kids love games but sad to say, when they want to play, they just do it by getting their phones or tablets and just enjoy themselves using those gadgets. Do you have any idea on what game will help me to disconnect the kids with their phones or tablets for a while and just divert themselves in reading? I want us to read a simple story and then do some questions and answers about the story using games.
