Healthy Habits # 2

I am now on my second health habit. :) My first health habit was to drink 8-10 glasses a day. So far I am managing to reach 8 glasses a day but I always feel full every time I drink water. I guess my body still needs to adjust.
So for my second health habit starting today I'll try to sleep on or before 12 Midnight and wake up around 7 in the morning. I know sleeping 12 Midnight isn't consider a healthy habit but I am really used in sleeping around 2 or 3 Am so a drastic change in my sleeping time will be difficult for me. :)
What can you say about my second health habit? Is it too easy or not? :)

I can't even stay awake until midnight... so I don't have to worry about that one but adding more water to my diet will be a good one to take up. Good luck with hitting the sheets before midnight!!

I agree with you. whenever I had a goodnight sleep my mood flows with it and I feel great all day. :)
