Healthy Habits # 2

I am now on my second health habit. :) My first health habit was to drink 8-10 glasses a day. So far I am managing to reach 8 glasses a day but I always feel full every time I drink water. I guess my body still needs to adjust. So for my second health habit starting today I'll try to sleep on or before 12 Midnight and wake up around 7 in the morning. I know sleeping 12 Midnight isn't consider a healthy habit but I am really used in sleeping around 2 or 3 Am so a drastic change in my sleeping time will be difficult for me. :) What can you say about my second health habit? Is it too easy or not? :)

Unfortunately not. :( But I really want to have that kind of dog. So I made it a profile picture to motivate me. :)

I can't even stay awake until midnight... so I don't have to worry about that one but adding more water to my diet will be a good one to take up. Good luck with hitting the sheets before midnight!!

thank you. :) I only have 2 hrs left before midnight. I guess I need to find a way to be sleepy :) I really do hope I will be able to fix my body clock. :)

We sleep at almost the same time but I wake up earlier. I should be awake at 6 am. I try to sleep by 11.

I drink plenty of water unconsciously. What time do you wake up at after sleeping at 2 or3? I hope you implement your second healthy habit successfully.

Sleeping not after 12 is good habit, however some people just get used to sleeping late and their body adjusts accordingly. In any case atleast 6 hours of sound sleep in important.

@JMAndres Well if that is the case, I follow the same schedule at this point, sleep at 2 or 3 and get up at 11-12. Do let me know, if it is healthy habit?

@avi256 I don't think that it's a health habit even though you have 7 to 8 hrs of sleep. Because if I wake up that late I tend to be lazy and a little weak. Also I won't be able to eat breakfast if I'll wake up that late. :)

Before I usually sleep around 2 or 3 AM in the morning and wake up around 11 or 12NN. But I am not quite sure if what I am doing is healthy even if I have 7 or 8 hrs of sleep. So I decided to change my sleeping schedule. :)
