Mam I wish that was me but for past two weeks I have not gotten any kinda good sleep at all and it's taking a toll!!! Glad u got some rest though ??

You could try some Melatonin. Its an all natural sleep aid. I used it for the firdt time last night and I slept soundly for 5 hours. Which is unusual. Sorryy to hear you are experiencing this.

My sleep sure determines how my day goes. I don't sleep well at all either.
