Sports, way of life.

I think the best way to maintain a healthy body is a sport, either at an early age and in adulthood or play a sport will always keep you in shape and you create a lifestyle that will be beneficial both physically and mentally. What sport practice or would like to practice?

I agree I play tennis and swim.. has always hel[ped me stay in shape..

I'd like to play tennis. It is said that it is a sport that demands a lot physically.

I agree as well. Taking up a sport to maintain ourselves doesn't even feel like work, whereas exercising really sucks for me. I am very much a sports person. Also, since I love dancing Zumba is a great option too.

Dancing can be a very good choice too, it is important to maintain a constant physical activity to be fit.
