Sorry I'm not been around much everyone, currantly struggling to find the time.
New boss is throwing her weight around a little too much and making us managers work on shift as well as manage the homes - so life's been a little crazy.

I haven't been around much lately, not because I am busy I have just been being lazy. Hopefully the new boss calms down soon enough maybe it is a new power thing for her.

Yeah she's just came in and is trying to put her mark in the place, show her authority. But she needs to remember she's the boss of a group of managers not children and she needs to get a grip.

Yes - especially when they are new too it and they feel they have to show everyone they are In charge. Well it's not my personal management style and I clash with managers like that. Personally i briber we are all human, and everyone in a company are equally important from the cleaners uoto the directors everyone's equal.
