It was only several years ago that I came across with this Myers Briggs Personality Test, and I found out that I am an introvert. At first, I thought , being introvert is all about being shy, having stage fright, and being anti-social. I started to learn more about this, with the help of abundant readings over the net. I was motivated to do so because I wanted to understand myself more, what will makes me happy and contented. Moreover, doing so will help me to deal with relationships.
Yes, as an introvert, I have less tolerance in external stimulus. I can not stand a long chit-chat from mere acquaintances. There are times that I ignore phone calls, both business and personal, because I know I had enough for the day. I need to recharge from within, have to have my " ME " time, away from people. But once I regain my energy, I can now face another day. Looking forward to have meaningful conversation in workplace, in our household, and friends. Yes, I do look for good talk. Well, I guess I can say that I only have limited social energy but I spend it wisely...
