Lately, I could not concentrate on mylot as much as I want too. I have been pressured with my paper work and some programs and projects. My stress had been draining much my energy.
All I want to do now is to take another flight again. I want to go to a foreign country and be inspired once again. I am dreaming of taking another adventure outside my country.
How about you? What do you do to get rid of that stress?

Yes. What is more annoying is that you are not yet done with 1 task, then there will be another, and another.

Going to places are good too. I think if I am living in the countryside, I will also appreciate walking because there are not much vehicles and the air is fresh.

@toniganzon Does yoga originated from India?Based on what I have read, there are also words to say while doing yoga. Is it like a silent prayer?

Reading is a great way too. What do you read in particular? Do you also have your own blog too?

I haven't read the Bible for such a long time. I guess it is time to spend time reflecting on it again.

I do not like punching sacks. My hands are quitr small for that and it will get hurt. No gloves here.
Anyway, yes. That is good too. I remember what I saw in TV episodes, some people break plates just to release their stress. I do not agree with the idea. Plates have a cost and I do not like spending money to buy another plates.

@annierose _"Hit the sack" is an idiom meaning to prepare or go to bed which is what I meant. But now that you mention it, Hitting the punching bag is a very good way of relieving stress. Like if you were angry with your boss and have no way of getting at him/her, Place a picture of your boss on a punching bag and start hitting him/her

@josie_ Sorry, I did not get it.
I thought you mean it literally. Anyway, that is a very good idea. Printing the photo of my boss and punch it hard for giving me many paper work

I agree. We should pause for a while and think so we can plan better what we must do.

I listen to music a lot and I write. I literally will write anything, a story, a fan fiction, a poem. I don't even know I just sit and write. And if I do not feel like writing I watch my favorite youtubers.

That is good way too. Are you active in sites that pays you for writing articles? I love to watch movies from youtube, but I get pissed off when internet is very slow. So I just stop myself from doing it.
