Mindless Games, My Cafe is Loaded and Functioning, Now off to my Real Life

Sadly I am hooked on a mindless game on Facebook called Cafeland. Can't seem to stop. Even have one on my husband's Facebook that I work on. LOL. We started playing the game when I was recovering from shoulder surgery over a year ago. Hubby took over my cafe when I would take a nap. LOL. Then I opened a cafe for him. He worked it for a while, then gave up on it. Every morning, while I sip my coffee, I fill the counters with food, do the quests, ask for hearts, send gifts, and cook up whatever I need to do for a said task. Meaningless, mindless, and harmless. And now that it is all done, I won't need to check on it until after dinner. Now off to my real life to do some housework, and maybe bake a goodie for the hubby. The cookies and pie I baked are history.

I have added quite a few through message boards and from friends that have Cafeland. I am just getting bored with it all. Guess it is time to challenge the brain.

@Jessicalynnt in Cafeland I can cook to my hearts content and not gain an ounce from sampling the wares.

@ElusiveButterfly I rather like City Girl Life, prob because I can "shop" for clothing and furniture and redecorate to my hearts content but not spend any real money

I have an addictive personality, so don't play games. Go bake!

I decided to do the housework first. Hubby is outside dragging the driveway to get out the ruts. My cats are hiding because I brought out the beast and vacuumed the carpets. Mean old me. Can't think of a thing I want to bake.

I only play a couple of them. Bejewelled Blitz and Words with Friends, and Cafeland. I am going to end Cafeland soon. There are other things I'd rather be doing.

I was once hooked on Farmville too. Hated to see my plants wither and die. LOL. Played it a few times when I was on medical leave, but stopped.

I'm not game to start any of these sorts of games - not that I'm on FB - as I think I'd get addicted and I really don't want to -get addicted, that is.

They can be addicting for sure. I have to play my Words with Friends. But, it is a word game. Good brain food.
