Yes, that is true, we cancelled it because of my Mom's condition.
Exactly 7:00 A.M. I'm already at my parents house ready to go at the airport. I saw our adoptive sibling that he finished his early routine to my Mom. When he's about to feed my Mom, I told him that I'll be the one to do it because my Dad was still upstairs busy packing things.
I saw my Mom's facial expression was different, she had trouble in talking and her face was somewhat deform and her hands were somewhat had seizures. I stand and try to massage her face slightly and I asked our helper to help me massage her feet. I saw her eyes reddish and teary eyed. I keep on massaging her until she manage to say ouch,,, it hurts. I'm glad that she softly speak a word. After 30 minutes, I tried to feed her but she can't open her mouth, so I ask help to my Dad, I shouted him to come down immediately.
He asked our adopted sibling to pack my Mom's dresses and other necessary things needed at the hospital. Before we left to the hospital, I called my siblings about my Mom's condition and they told me to bring Mom to the nearest hospital and to cancel our flight.
We reached at the hospital in just 15 minutes and the doctors tried to help my Mom, they put an oxygen, get her ecg, have made CTscan and after that she was transferred to her room at exactly 2:00P.M.
Just got home now and I try to share my experience being with my Mom in her crucial stage, I'm thankful to God that He extended her life and hope, she can recover faster.
I know, God has its own purpose of all the things happen in our life. And so be it.

I hope that your mom gets well soon fast. It really gives heartaches when our parents suffer from an illness. A mom will always be a mom. She is irreplaceable likewise with dads too. As I read your post, I remember my dad. Up to now, I cannot stop myself from grieving and crying sometimes whenever I remember my dad. How I wish I could turn back the time when he was still with us. Take good care of your mom and always stay with her and show her your love.

@ida123 It is my weakness. I cannot express myself in words when it comes to my parents. I cannot tell them I love them. I just show it through actions.

Thanks for the prayers friend, it really helps a lot if many are praying for a sick person. Yes, the condition of our Mom worries us much especially me because I'm the only one who was left with my parents who take care of them and yes, she was discharged this afternoon.
