What times of day do you eat?
I know some people have to eat at certain times of day, lunch at midday, dinner at 6 and so on.
Well, myself I just eat when I feel I want to have something to eat, even if it close to midnight. I’m not a breakfast person and will often skip breakfast or maybe just have some toast. Lunch is really any time of day and I will have dinner between 6-7pm but the depends on.
Do you have set times to when you eat or do you eat when you feel you need to have something to eat?

Okay here goes... about 8 am for breakfast, 10:30 first snack, lunch at 1 pm, 3:30 next snack, 6 pm for dinner and last snack at 8:30.
There are not a lot of perks for pre-diabetics but eating so many times a day is definitely one of them!

@Marty1 I love pizza and I love nuts, nuts a lot of the time when I'm snacking. Also cookies too.

@Marty1 I HAVE TO EAT... healthy things of course, but if I forget, my blood sugar plummits and that is not a good feeling! My snacks aren't that exciting I'm afraid. Yogurt, dry cereal, nuts, fruits and vegetables

On weekdays, I eat breakfast after my yoga class. Yoga ends at 8:30 and I still have to drive home and have breakfast at 9. Lunch is usually at 12-2pm because I'm in the office during those times and it's hard to think which restaurant to try next. Dinner on weekdays is normally before 7pm or before 8 pm when I have online classes.
On weekends, I don't eat breakfast, lunch at 12noon, dinner at 7.

If it is a day when I dont have anything to do it is around 10:30 or 11am before I eat any brekkie.
Then I wont usually eat til a snack at 3.
So basically elevenses and 3 oclock tea.
Then dinner around 5 or 6pm.
If I want a quick snack I try to eat it before 7pm because I am always trying not to go to bed on a full tummy.

I only eat dinner. I work at night so I eat around 7pm before I start working. I work until morning. After work, I sleep immediately until 5 pm.

Because there is two of us we tend to keep to vague mealtimes. I don't have breakfast, lunch is around 12 but might be earlier or later if it needs to fit in with what we're doing. Dinner is usually around 6.30 or 7pm and we watch the news while having dinner mostly.

When my husband was still working we had set times. But now that we are retired we mostly eat when we are hungry. It's better for my husband, he needs plenty of time to digest before bed as if he hasn't had enough time he will get an acid stomach once he lays down.

I have a ball point, set time of when my boyfriend and I eat. We eat breakfast at around 11, lunch at 2-3 and dinner 5-6, latest 7. After that we hardly eat anymore unless the food we chose to eat is disgusting and we'll eat at 8.

Dinner (my breakfast) is usually anywhere from 5-8 pm. Lunch (my lunch but everyone else's "midnight snack" is usually between 1:30 - 2:30 am depending on when I want to go to lunch. This is, of course , at work. When I am at home, my "lunch" hour tends to be about 2:00 AM. Breakfast (my dinner) is anywhere from 5:30-8:30 am.
I don't particularly have a set time, just depends on when I am hungry, or whenever the rest of the family is hungry as we eat together, separately.

I'm not sure if they do or do not, I know when I've been to France it does appear they have the biggest meal at lunch time.
