Not good news to wake up to

My girls go to a catholic school, and they have a priest that serves both the school and church.
I just heard that the priest passed away. My oldest was upset, and my 4 year old still doesn't quite understand. I am sure that it will be a sad day at school today.

So sorry to hear about the loss of your priest. Mine passed away a couple of years ago and it's still hard thinking of it as he's been part of our family for so long and married my sister etc.

I am so sorry, I am sure that this is a very sad time . With the shortage of priests this sort of thing can take a while to sort out.
