I have heard how Tonic Water is supposed to be great for muscle cramps and spasms so I decided to buy a bottle of flavoured tonic water from my local supermarket last week. I have been taking it for about 4 days and so far it is working really well in stopping my foot cramps and foot stiffness. I am having about a glass a day and so far it seems to be doing the trick. It is the quinine natural ingredient in the tonic water that has the relaxing effect on muscle spasms. I will keep it going and see if it continues to work its magic. Have you tried Tonic water for cramps and has it worked for you?

Tonic water for cramps: I will tell my sister about this, she has terrible leg cramps all the time.

I have heard this before but I don't suffer from cramping often {ironically I had excruciating cramp in my left foot earlier this evening} so never buy it. :)

I didn't know tonic water was good for this. It makes sense as quinine is an ingredient in it. I have taken quinine pills before to help with leg cramps. Thanks for the information. Have a blessed afternoon.
