Do you accept putting fake experience to get job?

after a long way of job hunt,many people landup their dream concern by putting fake experience! is it healthy? will they able manage?

In Australia it is a legal requirement for an organisation to keep the records of their employees for a minimum of 7 years... it would be a very easy thing for a potential employer to call whatever organisation you put on your resume and ask if you ever worked there... honesty is still the best policy...

that's scary. it's not nice to fake things. though how good you are in lying, somehow, somewhere, truth will prevail. it's better to keep everything real.
