Many people would rather play it safe and choose mediocrity because they fear that if they challenge the norm and go for the big goal they will go through pain and worry before they reach success. I have the greatest respect for all the entrepreneurs out there who have made it against all odds. To those of you who are still in the building stages, do not stop. Keep doing what you are doing and you will make it eventually! It takes people with real heart to face life head on and deal with the stepping stones of failure.
