I'm trying to remain positive about tomorrow. I have to see the doctor about my ovarian cyst issue. I have PCOS (but my cysts come and go). I have been alerted that one of my cysts may have twisted around my tube, causing some pain. At least they think what the pain happens to be (they're guessing) Today I went to the hospital for my ultrasound, and it was AWFUL. I had no clue that I could be in so much pain after just a little ultrasound. I'm still in pain, and I hate it. I'm usually able to handle pain well, I was in labor and had zero pain, but this stuff hurts.

I'm so sorry you're suffering! I had no idea the ultrasounds could be so painful. I have several friends who've coped with PCOS over the years. I know the pain can be really terrible, and a lot of women have fertility issues too. Two of my three friends were unable to have children

It's kind of weird because the only doctors that cared about my pain have been the female doctors. And all of them used the line that cysts hurt bad, and if they rupture or wrap then they hurt even more. It at least made me feel like I wasn't crazy.

Ovarian cysts are very painful and when the pain becomes unbearable then they should be removed. Get better. Women have to go through alot.

I agree. Though if it is twisted like the NP I have thinks it may be, the only option would be surgery. Mine never have been big enough to warrant surgery yet.
