Well some people have a fast metabolism and can't take weight. One of my friends is like that and she is watched by a doctor.

Yeah I know but when the workouts are longer I get bored of them. Thanks I hope I'll reach it. I lost 2 pounds since I started.

7 minutes per session or per day.
I do not think 7 minutes a day is going to make much difference.
I think if you do 7 minutes session 3 times a day, that will make a great difference.
If every single workout burns 200 calories, that will mean 600 calories accounted for every day.
Even if you do not match up to that intensity, you should still burn 50 to 100 calories in that 7 minutes.
Bear in mind that we only burn about 60 calories per hour in sedentary lifestyle.

Well sometimes I do it twice a day, but I eat heathier food so I hope it will still make a small difference. I do other sports too, so the workout is just a bonus. Wow working out sure does help lose calories!
