Fitness Journal 4/13

Well today has been quite a successful day as far as my fitness journey is concerned. I did not over eat at all and stuck to healthier foods. Along with that I got in my hour of Zumba before dinner. I was supposed to have my root canal done today but I had to reschedule for next Friday. I am kind of completely exhausted and ready to just sleep, but my son is up which means I can not rest yet.
I know I said I was going to wait until the second Sunday from today to weigh myself, but I was bad and weighed myself this morning. I was so happy because I lost 5lbs!!!! I knew that this Zumba, drinking plexus, drinking more water, and eating better were eventually going to start paying off, but because of the sucky past weigh days I have had I thought it would happen a lot later. Can't wait to see my progress on the 24th!
Have you been making healthier choices? Have you seen any progress yet?

I've started walking more again now my leg is better.

I like this discussion because, I have just recently start dieting and making healthy choices in eating. Also, I have been working to work on my belly fat from eating sweets so much. The reason I eat sweets is because I crave them at night while watching tv. Lets have fun with eating healthier

I bought myself fiber one brownies to help curb my sweet tooth while watching my calories and also getting my fiber

Congrats! Well I only started this week so I lost like 2 pounds. I don't exercise a lot more than what I used to do, but I don't eat junk food anymore :)
